To process donations and send receipts; to thank donors and volunteers; to respond to your enquiries; and to share information about our programmes and events where you have opted in.

Sharing

We may share aggregate statistics with sponsors and partners. These statistics never include personally identifying information.

Donor information may be shared with statutory authorities where required by law (for example, for 80G reporting).

Payment security

Online donations are processed by Razorpay using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials on our servers.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or unsubscribe from updates at any time, by writing to joywingfoundation@gmail.com.
